Calibration/stabilization

By using a magnet processor when magnetizing we can calibrate any magnet to a preset flux value in a Magnet-Setter. This process enables us to supply magnets with a flux value within 0.5-1.0% tolerance.

The method is also used for stabilization of the magnet to remove the effects of the initial flux loss which will all magnets have in various grades. The IFL is depending on material, working point, temperature, environment and time.
